It should not be legal to advertise this way and I am furious that I fell for this scam. I spent over $3,000 on this course and devoted 6 months of my time and now I am out a lot of money. Why were the conditions not stated in the advertisement? It feels like I have been scammed into buying a course thinking that if it didn't work out I would be able to get my money back. I have since tried asking for a refund only to be sent the "conditional" guarantee agreement. It is misleading and as a consumer I am not happy with how I have been treated by, LLC. I think it is a pretty bold statement to make videos guaranteeing you will make your money back and if not offering a refund only to find out there are all these "conditions" that need to be met. I am extremely disappointed in how misleading, LLC was in their advertising, making false promises to consumers. I waited until my year had passed only to find out that the guarantee that was offered was a conditional guarantee that I no longer qualify for because this course was not for me. I realized after my 2nd time taking the course that being a bookkeeper wasn't for me. I went through the entire course 2 times and passed all the tests. I was immediately drawn into the program solely because I knew that if it didn't work out that I would be able to get my money back for the course. He guaranteed that if you did not make your money back from the cost of the course within a year that he would not only give you your money back but he would also donate $1,000 to your favorite charity. I came across an advertisement about a year ago to become a bookkeeper from ***********************.
